Kids Go Free at Taste of Dallas ($5) – July 8-10

The Taste of Dallas, an annual food festival, makes a move indoors this year to Fair Park. The festival boasts more than 150,000 square feet of air conditioned space for culinary demonstrations, a marketplace, an Artists Enclave and more. Taste of Dallas is readying its biggest event ever to celebrate it’s 25th anniversary. The best chefs, restaurants, artists, sports teams, kids’ activities and bands in North Texas are gearing up for the biggest Taste yet in Dallas’ own Fair Park July 8-10. Mark this festival of food, drink and more on your calendar, as it’s not-to-be-missed! Buy your tickets in advance and get in to the largest tasting event in DFW for only $5!    Dozens of Dallas’ top restaurants will offer tastings for $1 – $3. Friday night will feature an 80s tribute band, the best in Texas music from Gilley’s will highlight Saturday night and Sunday will feature the Taste of Dallas’ best local bands. A themed sports zone with some of the Metroplex’s favorite professional sports teams and the Kids Taste Town with bounce houses, giant slides and more will entertain everyone in the family. Admission is $5 for adults, free for children 12 and under. Parking is $10 on-site or visitors can ride DART’s Green Line to Fair Park. Tickets on sale now at area Albertson’s stores.
