This weekend, Preston Royal Village will be hosting their second annual Dallas Fall Family Festival. The event features a petting zoo, food, games and live music by children’s performer Eddie Coker. He writes and sings songs that are encouraging to little ones. Admission to Saturday’s festival is free, and make sure to stop by Purple Cow and try out their State Fair menu of fried goodness.
Eddie Coker, a Dallas area children’s performer, is a comedic songwriter who captivates his young audience with 30 minute programs of fascinating songs and delightful animations. While his songs contain quotes from many of literatures’ greatest such as Shakespeare, Lincoln and Emerson, he still manages to keep the attention of everyone in audience.
Purple Cow, a Texas favorite, will display their State Fair menu at this year’s fall family festival. Although, The Purple Cow specializes in gourmet burgers and hand-dipped shakes they will be showcasing a menu of fried goodness guaranteed to get your mouth watering. Their selection was featured in the dining sections of Preston HollowAdvocate this month.
Bring the family out to enjoy this fun filled event. Admission is free and it’s a perfect way to spend the afternoon before cheering on the Rangers to take the lead in the World Series.
